00:00We've just had a very constructive meeting of the Coalition of the Willing, bigger than
00:07we've had before, 30 countries, plus of course NATO and the EU, and absolutely determined
00:14to see peace through strength.
00:16There was absolute clarity that Russia is trying to delay, is playing games, and we
00:22have to be absolutely clear about that.
00:26And that has meant three outcomes.
00:28Firstly, more support for Ukraine, to make sure Ukraine is in the strongest possible
00:33position both now and in further negotiations.
00:37Second, complete clarity that now is not the time for lifting of sanctions, quite the contrary.
00:45What we discussed is how we can increase sanctions to support the US initiative to bring Russia
00:51to the table through further pressure from this group of countries, and of course we
00:56discussed further the plans for reassuring the peace, the Coalition of the Willing, and
01:03the military and operational plans, whether they're on the land, the air, or the sea.
01:09But there was very strong support, and what came out most strongly from the meeting was
01:14so many countries standing, as they've stood for over three years now with Ukraine, standing
01:19in this crucial moment for as long as it takes.
01:22Vladimir, you have our support, you must have felt that in the room, our full support for
01:27as long as it takes.
01:29Thank you very much, Keir.
01:30Thank you for your support.
01:32Thanks to France, to Emmanuel for organising this meeting, and leadership of France and
01:38UK of this Coalition of the Willing.
01:41I think that Keir almost said all the outcomes, which are very important for us.
01:47No lifting of any kind of sanctions until Russia will stop this war, and I think more
01:56pressure on it, more packages of sanctions, this is important.
01:59The second point, as you said Keir, that new packages to strengthen Ukraine, and we heard
02:06of some of leaders' new packages, we were thankful to all the leaders, and we had very,
02:13it was very good, 41 countries, the common voice, how to strengthen, how to push Russia,
02:19and everybody, that is crucial, that everybody understood and understand that Russia for
02:24today doesn't want any kind of peace.
02:28That is very important, and we will work on security guarantees the closest weeks and
02:34days, and I think this is very important, not only for today, to think about our future.
02:40Thanks, Keir.
02:42Thanks.
02:43Please, come into the embassy.
