00:00If this is America, you can do whatever the f**k you want.
00:03That's the beauty of America.
00:13Regardless of if it was just a trespass in the Capitol,
00:16or if someone planted a pipe bomb,
00:18you will be charged and you will be found.
00:20He gets very sick if he doesn't eat organic food.
00:31Literally, he'll get physically sick.
00:33So, um, he needs to eat.
00:50I think that everybody should be able to tweet
01:02without being persecuted and treated like crap.
01:05So, you know, watch what you tweet,
01:08because if you tweet, you can go to jail.
01:20I'm not a magician and neither is Mr. Bickney.
01:27So, yeah, we've got a photograph of our client,
01:29who appears to be inside the federal building
01:31or inside the Capitol with government property.
01:50Trump!
02:00Trump!
02:02Woo!
02:04We're in, baby.
02:11He's a fine man.
02:13And thank you, Mr. Trump, for invoking a riot at the White House.
02:18And you're his grandmother?
02:19I'm his grandmother.
02:43So of those 170 cases that have already been opened,
02:45and I anticipate that's going to grow to the hundreds
02:48in the next coming weeks,
02:49we've already charged over 70 cases.
02:52We're looking at everything from simple trespass
02:55to theft of mail, to theft of digital devices
02:59inside the Capitol, to assault on local officers.
03:18Woo!
03:19Woo!
03:20Woo!
03:21Woo!
03:22Woo!
03:23Woo!
03:46We've arrested 650 people already,
03:49but keep in mind that most of them were not arrested on the spot
03:53because the Capitol Police were overwhelmed.
03:56So they were people who had to be found,
03:58and they had to be found by sometimes looking at our own video data,
04:03sometimes from citizen sleuths around the country identifying people.
04:07I'm extremely proud of the work that the prosecutors are doing in this case.
