00:00Yeah, we worked with her for a number of years. She was just so bubbly, so full of life, she'd speak to anyone, she'd welcome anyone, she was so kind, so generous, always looked out for her friends and she'd put herself before anybody.
00:13And what impact has it had on her loved ones?
00:17Everyone's distraught, everyone who knew her. It's made a massive impact on the community, all her friends, everybody that knew her. She always had a nice word to say to people and quite a lot of people knew who she was.
00:28And do you feel like there were missed chances to be able to have helped Sam?
00:32Yeah, there were a lot of signs. She did try and get help from a number of organisations, including the police, and it's just very sad that those signs were ignored and this had to happen.
00:43What would you like to be seen done in the future?
00:46I just think when someone reaches out for help, then I think something more should be done about it.
