00:19and also confrontations on the ground, exchanges of artillery fire and frontline fighting.

00:33President Putin appears to not to have conceded any of his political ambitions for prosecuting this war at all.
00:42In fact, most of the conditions he's set down are ones that protect his ability to continue prosecuting the war
00:50and deny the Ukrainians the opportunity, the sovereign opportunity, to defend their sovereign territory.
00:56So, I think the prospects for a peace are quite elusive at the moment and a long way off.
01:04And the prospects for a ceasefire also seem to be quite a long way off.
