02:28Meanwhile, Malacanang admitted that the impact of the decision

02:33on the victims was great,

02:34but they assure that they can still use the justice system.

02:38This will have a great impact

02:42considering that there are many victims who complained

02:47against former Congressman Tevez.

02:49So as long as the administration can afford it,

02:52we will fight for justice for the victims.
