00:00The House Secretary General of the Camera believes that the court order is necessary before canceling the passport of the former Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque.

00:10The Immigration Department admitted that the same thing was done by Alice Kuo when Roque went abroad.

00:21The House Secretary General of the Camera admitted that the court order is necessary before canceling the passport of the former Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque.

00:30Roque is in the Netherlands because of the possibility of becoming the legal counsel of the former President Rodrigo Duterte in the case of the International Criminal Court.

00:38The Secretary General of the Camera said that he will be accused by the Quad GOM of having an arrest order against Roque.

00:44The House doesn't have jurisdiction over consular matters.

00:50It's really the DFA.

00:52But according to the DFA, it has to have a court order before they can cancel the passport of Mr. Harry Roque.

01:03I think cases have been filed with the DOJ.

01:07That's pending.

01:09Once it's filed in the court, that's the time the court can issue an order concerning the passport or the immigration status of Mr. Harry Roque.

01:22According to the Bureau of Immigration in the Senate, it is now possible that Roque did the same thing that Alice Kuo did to go abroad.

01:34Since Mr. Roque has no recorded departure in the B.I.'s records, he likely took the same route as Alice Kuo in leaving the country by using a backdoor exit.

01:44According to the B.I., there is no proof that they paid someone to escape abroad last year.

01:52There is simply no proof or evidence to that effect.

01:56We have been begging any witnesses from any official airport or seaport to come forward for four months now.

02:04Rest assured Madam Chair and Honorable Senator, the second we get any proof or evidence to this effect, we will act swiftly to uphold the rule of law within our borders.
