00:00He came as a mercy and then spread.
00:08How can I face you?
00:13I am falling, just hold me.
00:18Welcome.
00:19Once again, we have a short session with the Ulema.
00:22In this, your questions and Ulema's answers are given.
00:25Mr. Mufti Ahmed, please come.
00:26Dr. Mohammad Raza Daudani, please come.
00:29We don't have much time.
00:30Let's go to the first question.
00:32You can send your questions on this number in the coming days.
00:35Let's go.
00:36My name is Mohammad Salman Ishaq.
00:39I belong to Faisalabad.
00:41I have a wound.
00:43Bleeding occurs due to that wound.
00:46The amount of bleeding is not so much that it can be seen.
00:50There are one or two drops.
00:51There is not much bleeding.
00:52But due to that bleeding, the blood is dirty.
00:56When that dirt comes out, it spoils the clothes.
01:00So my question to Mr. Mufti is, what is my command?
01:05Will my prayer continue with those clothes?
01:08Will my ablution not be invalidated due to that dirt?
01:11Okay.
01:12Okay.
01:13I understand.
01:14What will you say?
01:15In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate.
01:16In the jurisprudence of Jafari, the order of ablution,
01:19there is no bleeding anywhere.
01:22Therefore, ablution is not invalidated due to the bleeding.
01:25This is one thing.
01:26The second thing is that it is related to prayer.
01:28If there is blood on a person's body or clothes during prayer,
01:32then it has to be purified.
01:34Without that, prayer will not be possible.
01:36There is so much room in the clothes,
01:38that if there is as much blood as the first drop of the finger,
01:42then it is acceptable.
01:44But if there is more blood than that,
01:46then it will have to be washed.
01:48It will have to be purified.
01:49Then prayer will be possible.
01:50Without that, prayer will not be possible.
01:52If there is a situation in which blood is constantly flowing
01:54and it is flowing in large quantities, then what should we do?
01:56Then it is obvious.
01:57If it is shown in the first aid,
01:58and it is an emergency,
01:59then if it is a matter of saving a life,
02:01or if someone has an accident,
02:03then the priority number one is to save his life.
02:06After bandaging.
02:07No, no, no, sir.
02:08I was telling that it looks like blood is constantly flowing
02:10and there is no room in the clothes.
02:11It is flowing.
02:12In that case, what should we do in prayer?
02:14Then it is obvious.
02:15In the end, if someone says that prayer is also being performed,
02:17and the problem is that the blood is in the form of a wound,
02:20then he will pray in the form in which it is.
02:23It will not happen that prayer will be forgiven.
02:25Anyway, he has to pray in time.
02:27But if it is possible,
02:29then he will have to make an arrangement
02:31that first he cleanses the blood,
02:33then after that he prays.
02:34No doubt, the clothes will have to be changed again and again
02:36due to the purification of blood.
02:37It will have to be changed once.
02:39Otherwise, a bandage will be applied
02:40through which the blood can be stopped.
02:42And if it is not possible to stop, then the matter has come.
02:45In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, Ever Merciful.
02:47In Hanafi jurisprudence,
02:49the blood should flow so much
02:51that it has the ability to flow by itself.
02:53For example, if a cut is applied,
02:55and it starts to move,
02:56then this is Naqiz-e-Wudhu.
02:58It will be fatal.
03:00And if you did not let it flow,
03:02it came out, you stopped it,
03:04then it came out, you stopped it,
03:05then it will also be seen
03:07that if you do not stop it,
03:08then whether it moves or not.
03:09That is, whether it had the ability to move or not.
03:11In this case, it will also break.
03:13If you do it so little,
03:14so that it does not come out,
03:15like when the wound is usually peeled off,
03:17then a layer comes on top,
03:19but it does not flow.
03:20So this is pure.
03:22If the first one is applied on the cloth,
03:24it will make the cloth impure.
03:25The second one, which does not flow,
03:26if it is applied on the cloth,
03:27then the cloth will not be impure.
03:29Now the amount,
03:31as the Prophet said,
03:32in our case,
03:33like a handkerchief,
03:34you put water in it,
03:35when it starts to drip,
03:36then stop.
03:37This is called the amount of one dirham
03:39for flowing impurity.
03:41This is the limit.
03:42If it takes more than this,
03:44then there will be no Salah.
03:45It is obligatory to purify it.
03:47If it is equal to this,
03:48then it is obligatory to purify it.
03:50In this, Salah will be done,
03:51but it will have to be returned.
03:53And if it is less than this,
03:54then purification is only Sunnah.
03:55If you offer Salah with it,
03:56then Salah will be done.
03:58If continuous blood is coming out,
04:00it does not stop,
04:01then it will be seen first,
04:02that you can adopt such a trick,
04:04that the blood stops temporarily,
04:06and you perform Salah.
04:07Or perform ablution,
04:08perform Salah.
04:09It is obligatory to adopt that trick.
04:10Provided that it does not have much harm.
04:13If there is no such trick,
04:14then the command is,
04:15that you are called Shari Mazoor.
04:17Then you perform ablution,
04:18offer Salah,
04:19even if there is bleeding.
04:20Clothes will also be called clean,
04:22in terms of Shari.
04:23And your ablution will also be maintained.
04:25Salah will be done.
04:26Then when the next time comes,
04:27then wash your feet,
04:28clean your clothes,
04:29then perform ablution again.
04:30It will happen again.
04:31If there is bleeding,
04:32then there is no problem.
04:33That is, every time,
04:34for every Salah,
04:35a new ablution will have to be done.
04:36And when there is continuous bleeding,
04:37then it is called Shari Mazoor.
04:38Temporary Salah can be performed in this condition.
04:41Okay.
04:42This is the formula.
04:44For example,
04:45if a person is on a journey,
04:46and his clothes have become dirty.
04:49And it is not possible now.
04:50Of course,
04:51the first priority should be
04:52to wear clean clothes and perform Salah.
04:54Now there is one and a half hours left
04:55to perform Salah.
04:56And the clothes are dirty.
04:57The person is on a journey.
04:58He is somewhere,
04:59where it is not possible to change.
05:00So what to do in such a situation?
05:01See,
05:02it is not possible to change.
05:03This is a strange thing.
05:05Now it is here.
05:06And in the next half hour,
05:07Salah will be performed.
05:08And someone is outside,
05:09somewhere on the road.
05:10You are a man.
05:11Take off your shirt.
05:12Wear another shirt.
05:13You will not wear more than unclean clothes.
05:15But it is the same thing.
05:16If there is less than one dirham,
05:17then it will work.
05:18Then read it in the same condition.
05:19If it is equal to one dirham,
05:20then also read it.
05:21It will be Wajib-ul-Iyadah,
05:22but it will be Salah.
05:23If it is more than one dirham,
05:24then if it is something else,
05:25then you have to adopt that thing.
05:26And this formula of one dirham,
05:27in Fiqh-e-Hanafi,
05:28is related to any impurity.
05:30Yes,
05:31it should be flowing.
05:32But in Fiqh-e-Jafari,
05:33this formula is only related to blood.
05:34Is it so?
05:35Which one?
05:37If it is less than one dirham,
05:38then it will work.
05:39Only with blood.
05:40Only with blood.
05:41Not in every Nijasat.
05:42Absolutely right.
05:43Show the next question.
05:44My question is from Ulm-e-Ikram.
05:47If something bad happens in a person's life,
05:50then everyone says that
05:51Allah has made his destiny like this.
05:54And even if someone is a sinner,
05:56they put it on his destiny.
05:58And it is also said that
06:00Allah has made the destiny.
06:02If Allah has made the destiny,
06:04then Allah can't make someone's destiny bad.
06:07Right.
06:08I understood.
06:09She was saying that
06:10if something bad happens,
06:11it is written in his destiny.
06:12So how is it possible that
06:13Allah has made someone's destiny bad?
06:14Isn't it possible?
06:15See,
06:16this bad and good happening,
06:18we actually determine it
06:20on the basis of our emotions,
06:21feelings,
06:22benefits and losses.
06:23Yes.
06:24Allah makes someone's destiny,
06:26everything is good.
06:27Because we don't know its wisdom,
06:29that's why we see that
06:31our personal interests are not being fulfilled.
06:33If our personal interests are not being fulfilled,
06:35then we feel bad.
06:36And we say,
06:37why did this happen?
06:38If we get health,
06:39beauty,
06:40get a job,
06:41get a job,
06:42get a child soon,
06:43then Allah is good.
06:44Allah is good.
06:45Why did Allah do this,
06:47that our personal interests were not being fulfilled?
06:49Because this world is a house of tests.
06:52This is a test.
06:53Right.
06:54While giving the paper,
06:55in the examination hall,
06:56no student can say that
06:58why did you put this question in this paper?
07:00I don't know.
07:01Do it.
07:02I gave you a chance to prepare.
07:03Do it.
07:04If you pass,
07:05you will get a reward.
07:06If you fail,
07:07then go back.
07:08In the same way,
07:09Allah has made this world a house of tests.
07:11And in different ways,
07:12sometimes He tests by giving,
07:13sometimes He tests by taking,
07:14sometimes He tests by giving,
07:15sometimes He tests by losing.
07:17We have to pass that test.
07:19And we should learn
07:20how to pass every test.
07:22When we pass this test,
07:24then we will get a reward.
07:25If everyone's destiny,
07:27according to us,
07:28was good,
07:29then tell me,
07:30what would be the test?
07:31Then the test was over.
07:33The division of heaven and hell,
07:34is mostly based on the test.
07:36In reality,
07:37it is based on Allah's will.
07:38Whoever wants to go to heaven,
07:39whoever wants to go to hell.
07:40But this test should be faced.
07:43And we should be content with Allah's will.
07:45And these are our own definitions.
07:47Fundamentally,
07:48the meaning of destiny and fortune is share.
07:50The meaning of destiny is share.
07:52The meaning of fortune is share.
07:53When we say good luck,
07:54we think it is a very good share.
07:56Bad luck,
07:57means bad share.
07:58This is the meaning of good luck and bad luck.
08:00These are our assumptions.
08:02As Mufti Sahab has said,
08:04we are looking at things from our own angle.
08:07How much is our right,
08:08and how much are we compelled to do?
08:10Al-amro bain al-amrain.
08:11It is a matter of middle ground.
08:12We are not completely free,
08:13nor are we completely compelled.
08:14Where will we be born?
08:15We will not be born.
08:16This was not in our right.
08:18Who will be our parents?
08:19This was not in our right.
08:20In which city will we be born?
08:21All these things were not in our right.
08:23We will have rich parents,
08:24we will have poor parents.
08:25All these things were not in our right.
08:28But what is in a person's right,
08:30that is his test.
08:34Allah does not give anyone more than what is permissible.
08:38Our issue is that
08:41Sometimes you like something,
08:42even though it is not good for you.
08:44Sometimes you don't like something,
08:46even though it is good for you.
08:48The test factor in that is very relevant and very important.
08:51Give us one last question.
08:53Play the audio.
08:56My question is that
08:57if we are in a job or in an institution,
09:01and it is time for prayer,
09:04and if our prayer is interrupted,
09:07then who will be blamed for this?
09:10Will we be blamed?
09:12Or will the boss be blamed?
09:15Because they have restricted us so much.
09:18And if we are blamed for this,
09:22then what is the solution to this?
09:26No.
09:27If the prayer is interrupted,
09:30then will we be blamed?
09:32Or will the boss be blamed?
09:34Look, there are two types of duties.
09:36One is the duty of Allah.
09:37The responsibility given by Allah.
09:39The other is the responsibility of the boss.
09:40And surely the responsibility of Allah,
09:42depends on the responsibility of the boss.
09:44And if a person wants to study,
09:47but the boss is stopping him,
09:49the company is stopping him,
09:50then we see that
09:51does that job have so much importance for him,
09:54that without this,
09:56and his means of livelihood is not there,
09:58if he goes somewhere else,
09:59he won't get another job,
10:00the whole family depends on him.
10:02In such a situation,
10:03Allah is hopeful that
10:05he will be lenient with him,
10:07that he wants to pay,
10:08but he is putting pressure on him,
10:09and not letting him pay.
10:11And if he doesn't,
10:12then the poor person will be very upset.
10:14But in general,
10:15such situations don't happen.
10:16Try to take time and pay.
10:19Don't put all the blame on the boss.
10:21The employee should also take some responsibility.
10:23But anyway,
10:24there are some compulsions.
10:25For example,
10:26in foreign countries,
10:27there is a question that
10:28we work in factories,
10:29and the white man doesn't allow us at all.
10:31Strictly speaking,
10:32his timing is like this.
10:33So there,
10:34we show this situation of compulsion,
10:36that if you can do other jobs,
10:38then leave it.
10:39Allah will give you livelihood.
10:40But if this is not the case,
10:41then keep a stone in your heart,
10:42and then do it.
10:43And repent about Allah.
10:44And then offer Salah.
10:46Otherwise,
10:47if you are getting very little time,
10:49then the shortest Salah,
10:51and then fulfill your obligations,
10:53that is the first priority.
10:54At least do that.
10:55It will take less time.
10:56Allah says,
10:57There can be no obedience to the Creator,
10:59while obeying the Creator.
11:01While obeying the Creator,
11:02there is no scope for obedience to the Creator.
11:04So this is the principle.
11:05The matter of Salah,
11:06because it is very sensitive,
11:07therefore,
11:08it will be like this.
11:09Anyway,
11:10if he has tied his hands and feet,
11:11then also,
11:12the person should offer Salah in the same condition.
11:14No one has tied his hands and feet.
11:15I am telling you the extreme position.
11:17He is put in a prison.
11:18What has he done?
11:19If he has kept such duty hours,
11:21then anyway,
11:22he will have to take out 5 minutes,
11:237 minutes,
11:24and offer Salah.
11:25And if he is not ready for that,
11:26then he will have to leave the job.
11:27Alright.
11:28Thank you very much.
11:29Thank you very much to both the scholars.
11:31Now we will see a package,
11:33about the beginning of the Holy Quran.
11:35After that,
11:36we will go on a break.
11:37Inshallah.
