Telangana Budget Session : స్పీకర్ను ఉద్దేశించి బీఆర్ఎస్ నేత జగదీశ్‌రెడ్డి చేసిన వ్యాఖ్యలపై శాసనసభలో తీవ్ర గందరగోళం నెలకొంది. జగదీశ్‌రెడ్డి చేసిన వ్యాఖ్యలపై కాంగ్రెస్ సభ్యులు అభ్యంతరం తెలపడంతో అటువైపు నుంచి బీఆర్ఎస్ ఎమ్మెల్యేలు సైతం వాదనలకు దిగారు. దీంతో శాసనసభ స్పీకర్ గడ్డం ప్రసాద్ కుమార్ సభను వాయిదా వేశారు. ఉభయసభల్లో గవర్నర్ ప్రసంగానికి ధన్యవాదాల తీర్మానం చేయడానికి ఇవాళ సభ రెండో రోజు ప్రారంభమైంది. శాసనసభ ప్రారంభమైన 45 నిమిషాల్లోనే వాయిదా పడింది.
అసలు బీఆర్ఎస్ ఎమ్మెల్యే జగదీశ్ రెడ్డి అసెంబ్లీలో ఏం మాట్లాడారో చూద్దాం.'ఈ సభ అందరిది, అందరికీ సమాన హక్కులు ఉంటాయని జగదీశ్‌రెడ్డి అన్నారు. మా అందరి తరఫున పెద్దమనిషిగా స్పీకర్గా మీరు కూర్చొన్నారు. అంతేగానీ ఈ సభ మీ సొంతం కాదని వ్యాఖ్యలు చేశారు. దీంతో నా విషయంలోనే సభా సంప్రదాయాలకు విరుద్ధంగా మాట్లాడారని స్పీకర్ తెలిపారు. దీంతో స్పీకర్నుద్దేశించి జగదీశ్‌రెడ్డి చేసిన వ్యాఖ్యలపై కాంగ్రెస్ సభ్యులు అభ్యంతరం తెలుపుతూ క్షమాపణ చెప్పాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు.
