00:00Hey, it's Coop with Big98One live from Walt Disney World.
00:03We've talked about all the incredible parks.
00:05You know about that.
00:06We've talked about the incredible resorts that you can stay at planning your trip.
00:10We got to talk about my favorite part, which is the food.
00:12I love it.
00:13We got some chefs.
00:14We've got Sierra and Savage, which might be the coolest name for anyone ever
00:18here with me today.
00:19Some of the chefs at Walt Disney World.
00:21I want to talk about Epcot a little bit because that's where we're going today.
00:24It is my personal favorite park.
00:26Not only are there amazing rides, but, you know, you can go around
00:29and try all this incredible cuisine, delectable bites from all these
00:33different countries at Epcot, along with the beverages, the adult beverages as well.
00:37But let's talk about some of the food.
00:38I know that the the Flower and Garden Festival is going on right now as well.
00:42So in addition to the restaurants that you can go out and sit down at,
00:45there's a bunch of outdoor spots that you can eat at, too.
00:47You guys want to talk about that?
00:49So, yes, the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival
00:52will be going on until June 2nd.
00:54And we do offer more than 100 food and beverage offerings
00:58in those outdoor kitchens.
00:59And that's just for this one festival.
01:01There's three more that are coming up this year.
01:04And we also have, again, food from those 11 countries
01:07all around World Showplace.
01:10All right. Let's talk about up to today.
01:12We have our dining scheduled for the Beer Garden, which I have never been to before.
01:16I tried the and I forget the name of the Canadian Steakhouse.
01:19That's incredible.
01:20I've also done the Coral Reef Restaurant.
01:21That's incredible.
01:23I'm excited about the Beer Garden.
01:24Can you guys talk about that a little bit?
01:26So, Beer Garden is essentially Oktoberfest all year round.
01:30You walk in, you get immersed in the German culture.
01:34They have shows going on.
01:35It is an all you care to enjoy a buffet section on there.
01:39And it is extremely authentic in the fact that we have cast members
01:43come to us all the way from Germany as well.
01:46So it's a very authentic experience.
01:48That's what you're saying.
01:48Very much so, yes.
01:50Can't drop that enough.
01:51I love it. It's great.
01:52And, you know, we were talking about those other restaurants,
01:54the Beer Garden, the Coral Reef,
01:55some of the different places that you can book reservations for and sit down.
01:58But if you're in a hurry, you want to just kind of grab and go.
02:01You can do that as well, right?
02:02Absolutely. And it's still delicious food.
02:04Absolutely. We have Connections Eatery, which is actually my location.
02:08And we're preparing pizzas, burgers, chicken sandwiches.
02:12And we're doing that all fresh right in front of you.
02:15And so you can actually see us prepare like our Baumkuchen.
02:18And we can see us preparing our pizzas, all of it right there.
02:20And it is cooked fresh as possible.
02:23Can we talk about this lovely woman, Katie?
02:25Hi, Katie, who's holding these desserts here in front of us.
02:29What do we have? What is this?
02:31And where can you get this when you come to to Disney World?
02:34So this is our seasonal Baumkuchen, which will be available until June 2nd.
02:37It's going to follow the Flower and Garden Festival.
02:40And it is lavender and lemon scented.
02:44It is a German dish, Baum, meaning tree, Kuchen, meaning cake.
02:49And those layers in the cake resemble the rings in a tree.
02:52And this is one of the items that you can see us prepare over at Connections Eatery.
02:56Wow, that is incredible.
02:57You definitely have to check that out.
02:59All right. As I have two chefs, I have to ask this question to you guys, OK?
03:02I think you probably know what's coming.
03:04But we're talking about Epcot.
03:05I want each of your favorite food items at Epcot
03:09and adult beverage as well, if you partake.
03:13You got this.
03:14Sierra, you want to go?
03:15So there are so many great options throughout the year.
03:20The four festivals and then the 11 countries on there.
03:22I'm partial to Akershus Royal Banquet Hall
03:26because we have a lot of Norwegian food there and we get to dine with the princesses.
03:30So that always makes it fun.
03:32But as far as the festival, there's a lot of returning favorites.
03:36Northern Bloom that has beef tenderloins available there.
03:41Yacht and Beach Grub, which are our new kiosks.
03:43Just a lot of fun things to enjoy.
03:45Savage, you're not getting off without answering the question.
03:48You got to give me something, man.
03:49OK, so La Salle is one of my favorites.
03:52They have phenomenal steaks in-house and I'm a big protein guy.
03:55I love my steak and potatoes.
03:57So I'm going to say La Salle.
03:59Perfect. I love it, guys.
04:00And listen, you touched on the character dining, too.
04:02And we talked to Brent earlier, who's all about planning your vacation.
04:05You can do it at that Plan Disney website and get the character dining.
04:08I've done it with my kids who are 12, 11 and six.
04:10And it is a phenomenal thing to have delicious food
04:13and have the characters come around and interact with the kids.
04:16So, guys, thank you so much for all you do get here.
04:18Enjoy the food. Enjoy the drink.
04:20Plan your Walt Disney World vacation.
