00:00The group TempoCasa presents the eighth edition of TempoReport, the real estate observatory that, thanks to the work of TempoLab, the study center of the TempoCasa group, analyzes the evolutive dynamics of a compartment in transformation.
00:19This in-depth photograph of the sector's progress in 2024 is a panoramic view of the prospects for 2025, a document dedicated to the workers and the group's customers, to focus on the brick and credit market.
00:34First of all, more than 21,000 and almost 22,000 purchases are made within the TempoCasa group, thanks to the help of the more than 3,600 collaborators who work at our points of sale.
00:50The goal for the next year is to exceed the 23,000-24,000 purchases made by the group and reach at the end of the year 720 points of sale on the national territory plus 9 abroad.
01:07For the first time in the history of TempoCasa, the real estate managed by the group exceeds the 78,000 quota, with a growth of 13.1% compared to the previous year.
01:18From the analysis conducted by the group, interesting data emerge regarding the trends in the field of purchase-sales and locations.
01:26Slightly longer sales times, but very, very rosy prospects for 2025.
01:32The type that goes for the most is the tri-local, always made an exception for Milan, where the bi-local is preferred.
01:40Locations always on the rise, let's say that in 2024 there were still increases, especially in the big cities like Milan, Bologna, Rome, Naples and Turin.
01:51The city that commands the most is Milan, the cut that goes for the most is the bi-local, therefore a very smart cut that allows to remain, let's say, in relatively low management costs, but at the same time close to all the services that the city offers.
02:08From TempoReport 2025, all the momentum of the group emerges in 2024, in a constant growth process.
02:1644 were the openings that the TempoCasa group made in 2024, confirming and concluding the year with 684 agencies.
02:27Of these 684 agencies, I must say that 9 are part of the new TempoAgency network.
02:35And then the nice thing about this year is that this year we have occupied two new regions, the Trentino Alto Adige and the Valle d'Aosta.
02:44So much so that we have moved on to cover 17 regions out of 20 on the national territory.
