00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. was caught in the act this past week.

00:04Let's go back to the activities of the President in the report of Kenneth Paciente.

00:12On Monday, President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. helped the government's missing agencies

00:18to draft a long-term plan for the government for those affected by the eruption of Mount Canlaon,

00:23as well as the existence of permanent evacuation sites and relocation areas.

00:28The task force of Mount Canlaon, led by the Defense Department, will also be formed.

00:33On Tuesday, he led a sectoral meeting in Palacio,

00:36where he approved a P700 million fund for the construction of Child Development Centers, or CDCs, this year,

00:48that do not have enough funds for basic education development hubs.

00:53The President said that education should be prioritized

01:06On Thursday, the President inspected the Rice Processing System 2 in Ipil, Echage, Isabela.

01:11It has a multi-stage rice mill that has a capacity of 3 tons per hour

01:17that is worth Php 48.58 million and 5 recirculating dryers.

01:22Each one can process 12 tons that are worth Php 18.9 million.

01:29Its purpose is to reduce production costs and to avoid the loss of farmers after the harvest.

01:36It supports the 70,000 farmers in Isabela

01:40who are registered under the Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture or RSBSA.

01:47The President also personally inspected the Cabagan-Santa Maria Bridge
