00:00Word has been going round of an impending arrest warrant issued by the International
00:04Criminal Court of Justice or ICC for the capture of Ursula President Rodrigo Duterte over alleged
00:12extrajudicial killings from 2011 to 2019 just before he ordered the country's withdrawal
00:19from the Rome Statute. But word from Malacanang has it of not having received any official
00:24information on the impending arrest of the former president on the back of an arrest warrant issued
00:30by the ICC. And even though the palace has repeatedly declared the ICC has no jurisdiction
00:36in the country, there is an obligation the country must observe and comply with in conjunction with
00:43working with the international criminal police organization otherwise and more popularly known
00:48as Interpol. Then again the PNP and other law enforcement agencies are more than ready
00:54in the event of a warrant of arrest needs to be served to the former president.
