لحشوة الدجاج:
١ كيلو صدور دجاج
١ كوب زبادي
عصير ليمونة
حصين ثوم
ملعقة صغيرة لكل من ( بابريكا، كاري، توابل دجاج، فلفل اسود، اوريغانو )
