00:00I think the Oscars is the most exciting event in Los Angeles, or in America really, maybe
00:20when the presidential inauguration or maybe the Super Bowl, but really the movies, everybody
00:26likes the magic of movies, and everybody loves the magic of food, so it's a great marriage,
00:32great movies, great food.
00:34So we always do some of our classical dishes, for example, like the chicken pot pie, the
00:39macaroni and cheese, we have our tuna cones, we have our pizza, we have the smoked salmon
00:45Oscars.
00:47And then we change every day, like we got some amazing shrimps this year, so we're gonna
00:50make some pad thai noodles with shrimps, we're gonna make a delicious beef wellington, we're
00:56gonna have also like fish and chips, like that's from our restaurant in London, Elliot
01:01the chef from Cut in London is here, so and then I have Mike who came all the way from
01:07Austria to make the beef goulash with the spetzle, and I have Eric here who has made
01:13this amazing pad thais, I was telling him for years, I said, I wanna like to taste some
01:18great pad thais, and we have our friends from Cinque Hotte here, they brought their ham
01:23and Miyazaki beef, so this is from the Miyazaki province in Kyushu in southern Japan, so they
01:30are providing us the beef for many, many years already, so we love it, and it's so tender
01:36you don't need a knife to cut it.
