00:00While in prison in Quezon City because of the complaint of illegal drugs, a man was served with a warrant of arrest because of his case in Masbate.

00:09Always first in the news, James Agustin, Exclusive.

00:17In Laloma Police Station, a man was served with a warrant of arrest for 46 years for a truck driver.

00:23He was wanted for the case of violation of Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.

00:29According to the police, the man was first arrested last Sunday.

00:32Because of the sale of drugs in Quezon City, he was jailed in the station.

00:36On February 16, sir, we caught this suspect in a bypass operation.

00:42When we traced him to the system, we saw that he has a pending warrant for illegal possession of firearms.

00:52That's why we served him.

00:55In 2014, the man was served with a warrant of arrest for the case of possession of firearms in the town of Mandaon in Masbate.

01:02He was jailed there before. He was released because he was able to pay the bill.

01:08He was not able to attend the hearings there, so he hid himself.

01:13The man said that he knows that he has a warrant of arrest against him.

01:17The reason why I'm here is that I attended the hearings, but there were no complaints.

01:24The firearms were not mine, sir. It was with me.

01:28It was with me because he jumped when he saw a checkpoint.

01:34The firearms were with me because I was the one who was left behind on the motorcycle.

01:40He was also caught for his possession of illegal drugs.

01:43I was caught because no one was able to get them from me.

01:48The police is preparing documents for the return of warrants.
