00:33This is an NBC story, and here's what it looks like, okay?
00:38Attorney General Pam Bondi announced that the Department of Justice has filed a lawsuit
00:42against New York City HOCAL Attorney General Letitia James and DMV Commissioner Mark Schroeder
00:46stating this is a new DOJ, Rob, if you have the clip of this first, then we'll go to Bill
00:51O'Reilly's.
00:52This is a new DOJ and we are taking steps to protect Americans New York has chosen to
00:56prioritize illegal aliens over American citizens.
00:59It stops today.
01:00The lawsuit challenges New York's green light law, which allows undocumented immigrants
01:04to obtain driver's license and includes a provision requiring the DMV Commissioner to
01:08notify them when a federal immigration agency requests their information, Bondi warns.
01:14President Trump has directed this to stop, and if you won't comply with federal law,
01:18you will be held accountable.
01:20We did to Illinois strike one, strike two is New York, and if you are a state not complying
01:26with federal law, you are next.
01:28Get ready.
01:29Pam Bondi stood alongside Tammy Nobles, an angel mom.

01:53Watch what Bill O'Reilly says on this whole thing, and then he ties Newsom in California

02:02Trump wants to get Letitia James and Alvin Bragg.
02:05That's what this story is all about.
02:08Nothing else there.
02:09He went after Illinois because he wants to get Pritzker hates him.
02:15And the way to do that is to deny the states of Illinois and New York, the federal grant
02:21money.
02:22According to reports today, $8 billion is going to get held up by the Justice Department
02:27that would have flowed into New York state, which is running an astronomical deficit here.

02:35So the easiest way to do this is to file civil suits against the governor and the attorney
02:42general.
02:43Then the question was, why is, um, the mayor of New York left out?
02:49Because he doesn't matter.
02:51He doesn't matter.
02:53Trump wants to get Letitia James.
02:58Hockle is just an ornament.
03:00Doesn't have any bad feeling toward Hockle Trump.
03:05But Adams, the deal that was made, uh, I don't know what Adams is giving Trump.
03:11I have to tell the audience upfront, I don't know, and I don't use anonymous sources, but
03:16I had gotten call after call after call that said, I knew all of these people have agendas
03:21who are calling it.
03:22They all have agendas.
03:24All right.
03:25And they're saying that Adams knows where the bodies are buried with James and Brad.

03:34Listen, just throwing it out for your consumption.
03:38I'm not reporting it to be true, but it kind of makes sense, right?
03:45It's kind of weird that you can say he has no power, but he's in charge of the city.
03:49And when they went after Pritzker in Illinois, they named Chicago and they went after the
03:53mayor.

03:55I'm just saying, you know, if you're going after the city of Chicago, you name the mayor.
03:59No, Johnson and Adams had no power whatsoever.

04:03They do what they're told to do.
04:04The real power lies in the state legislature.
04:07Now in both Illinois and New York state legislature gives the big middle finger to Homeland Security.

04:16Maybe Anderson Cooper could articulate it a little more than I am by using some vernacular.

04:23But that's what's happening.
04:24And the Trump administration knows that these mayors, this is like the utility infielder
04:32on the New York Yankees who plays maybe three innings a week.
04:36These guys have no power.
04:38They do what they're told to do.
04:39Wait for it.
04:40But the big power is Newsom in California and Newsom's next.
04:45Hey, Gavin, could they're coming for you?
04:49Pritzker is going to get destroyed and Trump will bring down and I'm going to predict it

04:56He will bring down Letitia James and Alvin Bragg because they went on a crusade to destroy

05:02And President Trump is not a forgiving man.

05:10And I think what what Bill O'Reilly has just done is gone past the headlines.
05:15One of the things I used to enjoy about Bill O'Reilly was the talking points memo because
05:18I used to think it was very well thought out and it was very articulate and specific and
05:25would take you as a viewer down the path to see what he's talking about.
05:30He's right.
05:31He's calling the current mayor.
05:32The mayors are ornaments.
05:33The real power of state legislature.
05:35The real thing is the governor.
05:38And so he's going after them.
05:40I believe that they're right.
05:41And by the way, this is not a revenge campaign.
05:45This was judicial activism illegally using the power of the judiciary and the AG to go
05:54after a political opponent.
05:56The Biden administration was completely complicit or it was one of the three.
06:02They either liked what was going on and didn't stop it.
06:05They instigated it or they called the shot.
06:08One way or another, the Biden administration was right there with Letitia James.
06:12Do you think Letitia James files those suits if the Biden administration doesn't read it
06:16and say, yeah, I like it?
06:18You know, wait a minute.
06:19The fifth count there kind of move it around a little bit.
06:20And Alvin Bragg, where he remember we broke down how he turned three counts into 14 or
06:26whatever it was when he made every check was, oh, you wrote the check, you signed the check,
06:31you process the check.
06:33And each step he was claiming was a misdemeanor grade three, which he rolled up to felony
06:38low level felony.
06:39Yeah.
06:40Guess what?
06:41That's you.
06:42You can't do that.
06:43That's that's militarizing the Justice Department.
06:45And guess what?
06:46It's illegal.
06:47Yeah.
06:48And they're going to find out what they did was complicit, was conspiratorial.
06:51And in my opinion, that's what's going to happen here.
06:54And what Bill O'Reilly is unpacking is how that what is the method that's going to go.
07:00And Pam Bondi, let me tell you.
07:03She means business.

07:05She might as you might as well play the Darth Vader music.
07:08I love I love it because she's coming for it, because what these people did is they
07:13crossed the line.
07:15And I think why they did it is because they thought, Tom, they thought that this plan
07:19that the entire left, the deep, whatever the hell you want to call them, it was all going
07:23to work.
07:24Let's try to destroy him.
07:25Let's try to say he was, you know, the R word.
07:27I don't even want to say that he did it with that crazy was that crazy girl's name.
07:31The the blonde chick that told Anderson Cooper that she thought rape was Eugene Carroll,
07:36Eugene Carroll, all that the Stormy Daniels, everything, Tom, if you're going all in as
07:40a prosecutor and as a I.G., you were promised, hey, listen, we're going to win.
07:46We're going to destroy him.
07:47There's no way he's going to win.
07:48And then there's an assassination attempt failed.
07:51They thought that that they thought either Biden or Kamala was going to be president
07:56right now and that they were going to be fine.
07:58They had no idea that he was going to win.

08:06I know the states are going to be going after him.

08:09And we have who have been behind this freaking movement for nine years.

08:14All of the liberal media would sit there and say, do you think is he going to prison?

08:19And they'd be up there talking to each other with orgasmic glee, you know, that they just
08:23couldn't wait for him to be there.
08:25Well, when it when he's sentenced, when he goes and you would hear that word goes and
08:29what they were, they were thinking that he was going to be in prison and you're finding
08:33that finding out that some of those people you mentioned are the corner loan shark.
08:37He's going after Capone.

08:40A lot of people think that Trump, you know, after he got shot, he sort of found Jesus
08:43and found God.
08:44He's become more religious.
08:45I actually think it's something a little bit different than I think he's on his almost
08:49gladiator, Maximus Decimus Meridius revenge tour.
08:53And he's just going to make everybody pay.
08:56I don't think this has to do with like, I have a second chance on life and let me get
09:00closer to God and let me do all the right things.
09:04I think he's completely, and I mean this in a positive way, vindictive and wants to vindicate
09:10himself from everything that happened.
09:11I feel like he watched the movie Gladiator and it basically was like, my name is Donald
09:16Trump Decimus Meridius, commander of the legions of the north and the true servant of the true
09:24emperor Marcus Aurelius.
09:25Husband to a murdered wife, father to a murdered son, and I'll have my vengeance in this life
09:31or the next.
09:32And I feel like he's just going after everybody.

09:36I mean, think about what he's gone through for the past almost nine years from Obama
09:41and all those, you know, deep state spying on him and Russia collusion and the impeachments
09:47and like, that's just three of them.
09:50There's so many of them.

09:53So people are like, well, he shouldn't be, and he should be above it.

09:57You tried to destroy him and it's retribution time.

11:30submitted evidence and the evidence is clear and that is he inflated his statements of
11:35financial interests to enrich himself and his family.
11:40And nothing will change that.
11:42Not the attacks on me or anyone.

11:45When you go back and look at the highlight reel, when she first came out and she says,
11:49we are announcing a lawsuit against Trump.
11:54There's Rob, if you find some of these and we remember when we watched this and how they
11:58were like, we are not going to stop until dot, dot, dot, and pop up on everybody is
12:03watching this stuff, right?
12:05If Kamala Harris wins, every one of these things would have been pursued and they would
12:10have convinced the populace that he is a criminal.
12:14He is this, he is that they would have not stopped till the very end because they would
12:19have controlled it all.
12:20Look, look at the way she's speaking here.
12:22People forget this.
12:23This wasn't too long ago.

12:26Comprehensive three year investigation by my office, including witnesses, interviews
12:31with more than 65 witnesses and review of millions of documents that were submitted
12:37by Mr. Trump and others.
12:40I am announcing that today we are filing a lawsuit against Donald Trump.

12:46This is all the stuff we were watching.
12:48No, I'm telling you, Vinny, I'm telling you, if Kamala would have won, this is a very different
12:54America.
12:55This is a very different country.
12:58This is a very different climate.
13:00If Kamala would have won, Google and Facebook are not given the million dollars to Trump
13:05and all that.
13:06Of course not.
13:07If Kamala would have won, the climate would be very, very different.
13:12That's why November 5th, every single person from the smallest, you know, guy that sat
13:17there talking to their cousins and brothers and all that stuff, Adam stopped to the people
13:21that are running a podcast to others that are doing whatever they did to get November
13:255th.
13:26You went out there and stood in line for a few hours to vote.
13:28Every one of those people, you, I can't, you have to be so proud of yourself because we
13:33were about to witness a shit show for four years.
13:38Life was going to be very, very different.
13:41There would have been no accountability.
13:43And so then we would have waited till 2028, which most likely the establishment Republicans
13:48wouldn't have been behind Trump because they would have said at this point, you can't win.
13:52You already tried twice back to back.
13:53And that argument would have convinced people to step away from him.
13:56The fact that this took place and this is happening, this is great for America for us
14:01to find out what really happened, who was playing games.
14:04Everybody just wants simple accountability.
14:07That's really all it is.
14:08Very happy to see what they're doing here.
14:10And I thought, you know, Bill O'Reilly's breakdown was spot on.
