00:30Bucor Chief and former AFP Chief of Staff Greg Katapang said his counterparts are open
00:35and interested to such arrangements and deals of swapping prisoners but will need legislation
00:41in their respective countries before the creation and ratification of regional and binding one
00:48among ASEAN members.
00:50In addition, Katapang expressed interest and willingness to broaden the scope of a proposed
00:55prisoner swap deal not only in the ASEAN but in the continent and beyond.
