00:00It rained in some areas of Botas for almost 20 minutes earlier this afternoon.

00:07It also rained in Di Tuazon corner of Quezon Avenue in Quezon City.

00:12And even though there's no new low-pressure area or storm,

00:15there are other weather systems where it's possible for it to rain.

00:18Along with the cold and hot easterlies,

00:23when there's a flood, a shear line forms.

00:27The Intertropical Convergence Zone or ITCZ is also affected.

00:32Based on the rainfall forecast of Metro Weather,

00:34there's a high chance of rain in a large part of Northern and Central Luzon

00:38as well as in some areas in Southern Luzon,

00:40including Quezon and Mimaropa.

00:43There's a strong rain that can cause flooding or cause landslides.

00:47And the thunderstorms in Metro Manila are possible again tomorrow, especially in the afternoon.

00:53In Avisayas and Mindanao, there's also a chance of heavy rains

00:56including Sulu-Arquetalago, Caragac, Davao Region, and Socsarje.
