00:00to be an actor. I think what is very important is for you to consistently grow and evolve and work
00:06on yourself. That is very important. Whether a film fails, whether a film does well at the box
00:13office, that is not in your hands. What is in your hands is how you give your 100%, 200% where even a
00:22film fails, it should never be like, oh, she was not good in the film or he was not good in the
00:27film. And also, it's important to just learn, keep growing. Otherwise, you're going to stay
00:33at the same place. So, it's very important to stay curious. It's very important to ask questions.
00:40In the beginning of my career, and even sometimes now, people have said sometimes make fun of me,
00:46whether it's my co-actors or sometimes directors, or like, she asks a lot of questions.
00:51She's going to ask you 1000 questions when she comes on set. But I think my way of learning
00:56and growing is that if I don't ask questions, it's all going to stay inside. What am I learning?
01:01How am I learning? So, I would say don't be hesitant to ask questions. Always be curious
01:08and always try and keep learning and growing and getting better. Whether you're getting a film,
01:15whether you're not getting a film, this is an instrument that you have to keep working.
01:19Otherwise, it's going to get rustic. So, I think that is very important. What I have learned in
01:25this journey of mine, yes, I've had ups and downs. And I think I'm glad that I did because I'm glad
01:31I got to learn so much from those ups and downs. I'm glad I realized that both the ups and downs
01:38are equally temporary. And what matters is how consistent you are. You have to be consistent
01:45at what you do, where it's where you know the ups and downs of the failures of the films don't
01:51really affect you. Yes, they affect you in terms of you start questioning your choices and probably
01:57learn from your mistakes and re-correct things. But they don't affect you because you have been
02:02still your best in Bollywood as an actress. Dream role? It's very tough because there's no such thing
02:11that if I do one role, I don't want to do anything else after that. You know, there's no such thing.
02:17There are a lot of different types of roles that I haven't done yet that I would like to do.
02:26I would love to be a superwoman. I think in India, I would love to do action. I would also love to
02:37play a complete negative character. You know, like I said, I had a lot of fun playing Shelley
02:45She had a touch of grey.
03:02So I would love to do like these characters. And of course,
03:05I've not done a biopic yet, you know, so I would love to also do a biopic.
03:15I would love to do a biopic.
