00:00Well, the U.S. Secretary of State for Defense yesterday said that all options are on the
00:03table.
00:04And the thing that really matters is what President Zelensky says.
00:07And I'm at the Munich Security Conference, where President Zelensky will be here to make
00:12a speech to us.
00:13And I'll be in the hall with the Defense Secretary and the Foreign Secretary to listen on behalf
00:17of Britain, and of course, to recommit to being at the side of the Ukrainian people
00:22and President Zelensky at this important moment.
00:25It is very important that his voice leads the discussions that unfold from here.
00:30And what matters now is actually what happens in those discussions, should those discussions
00:35take place, not actually a lot of the words that lead up to it.
00:38So this is the big moment.
00:40President Zelensky will be here, and Britain will be in the room with three secretaries
00:44of state to listen and respond accordingly.
00:46Last night, the U.S. Secretary of State for Defense said that all options are on the table.
00:50That is good news.
00:51What really matters is where we move forward in practice based on agreement, and that is
00:57what we're going to hopefully start seeing the signs of in the hours and the days ahead.
01:02But be in no doubt, Britain has stood shoulder to shoulder with Ukraine since the day of
01:06Vladimir Putin's illegal invasion into Ukraine.
01:09We remain at their side today, as much in their hour of need today as it was on the
01:14day of that fateful invasion.
