00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. expressed his full support for the administration's 12 senatorial candidates
00:06during the second leg of their campaign rally in Iloilo City on Thursday.
00:10Addressing thousands of Ilongos at Vera Park-Gaizano Capital in Iloilo City,
00:15President Marcos Jr. formally endorsed and campaigned for the administration's senatorial candidates
00:20under the Alianza para sa Bagong Pilipinas.
00:23In a strongly worded speech, the chief executive emphasized the group's diverse and outstanding backgrounds,
00:29asserting that they all deserve to win.
00:32Prior to the rally, President Marcos Jr. led a special meeting
00:36with key members of the Regional Development Council in Western Visayas
00:40to discuss updates on government projects and major development issues in the region
00:44and visited the Trabajo para sa Bagong Pilipinas spearheaded by the Department of Labor and Employment
00:50and the Department of Social Welfare and Development.
00:55They are not here to oppose, they are here to propose.
00:59It means that they are not here to debate, to make money.
