00:00The Department of Public Works and Highways has successfully completed the flood control structure that is far from being protected.
00:07The residents of Dingalan, Aurora, from the risk of flooding,
00:11the so-called structure has a concrete slope protection that is built on a steel sheet pile foundation
00:19to strengthen the slope of the river, grouted riprap for erosion control,
00:26and box culvert for better drainage and more effective water management.
00:32Particularly in Barangay Butas na Bato, Dingalan is the so-called project that is worth Php 28.95 million,
00:41which was funded from the 2024 National Budget.
00:45While the DPWH has given it an important step for the long-term safety and sustainability of the residents in the area.
