00:00Following the POGO ban, some Senators want to stop the online gambling where the customer is in the Philippines.

00:11The Senate also criticized the slow deportation of foreign POGO workers.

00:18Ma'am Gonzales pointed this out.

00:20Even though all POGO workers are banned,

00:25there are still a lot of POGO workers who haven't been deported to their countries.

00:30That's what came out of the Senate's hearing earlier that was dismissed by some Senators.

00:34What we were allowed to release, Mr. Senator, is a total of 3,024.

00:40Only 10%? Why is that?

00:42Those are those that are apprehended or arrested in various operations by BI and or PAOC.

00:49We have 27,000 foreign nationals who used to work for POGO and they don't know where they are.

00:56We have close coordination with the Bureau of Immigration and especially with PAOC and NBI.

01:02In a raid this January in Paranaque, only half of the 438 arrested were deported.

01:08Those who were arrested don't have a passport.

01:11So we have requested from the embassy for their travel documents.

01:16When the BI clarified, more were released last year.

01:20The PAGCOR also denied that the small and illegal POGO operations are being conducted,

01:24which are being reported to them by some concerned citizens.

01:27Some of these have gone on guerrilla operations already.

01:30There are people who are already at home.

01:32We're finalizing these target packets.

01:34We will endorse it to PAOC.

01:36Others went to the islands.

01:38The travel agencies that issue pecking documents to foreign nationals are also being targeted.

01:44We need to look at the angle that there is an inside job.

01:48This is a possible reason for the continuation of foreign nationals entering the Philippines using fake documents.

01:55Like the raid of Paokamakailan, where many government-issued IDs, birth certificate and marriage certificate

02:02were obtained that were original from the Philippine Statistics Authority.

02:05But the people who wrote it were pecking.

02:07They issued Philippine passports to foreign nationals and then they changed their names.

02:12They still have contacts with government agencies.

02:16That's what we requested with other agencies, especially those who issued government-issued IDs,

02:25to conduct investigation on their own.

02:31Senators also denied their weak regulation of PIGO or Philippine Inland Gaming Operator.

02:38They said we should be more alert here than in POGO.

02:41The king of evil is PIGO because the players are Filipinos.
