00:30215 congressmen still signed in favor of this.

00:34That's 70% of the more than 300 members of the House of Representatives.

00:37Most of them are allies of the President.

00:40But through the President, he was not informed of this result.

00:43Did you have a hand in this impeachment?

00:46No, the Executive cannot have a hand in the impeachment.

00:49The Executive has no role in the impeachment.

01:30His own son was the first to endorse the impeachment.

01:33He asked for his opinion.

01:35Do your duty. You have to support the process.

01:38You are constitutionally mandated to carry out that process.

01:43And you are a congressman, so do your duty.

01:49The President also responded to the talks online in exchange for signing the impeachment.

01:55I don't think that kind of two-thirds, two-thirds of the Senate, they are 306, they got 215.

02:03So just a little bit over two-thirds, you cannot get that kind of system.

02:12I know. I've been in Congress. I don't think that way of operating would have worked.

02:19Now that the impeachment complaint is in the Senate,
