00:00The Department of Agriculture and Department of Trade and Industries inspected several families in Quezon City.

00:09The Joint Inspection of the Department of Agriculture and Department of Trade and Industries in the Commonwealth Market and a grocery store was positive earlier.

00:54This is one of the Quezon City LGUs that was planned to direct the NFA to rice LGU retailers in order to avoid going through middlemen.

01:02There are also 150 Kadiwa sites that sell NFA rice.

01:06450 to 550 NFA rice retailers were the target of the DA to sell the rice before the year ends.

01:14Aside from rice, the price of tomatoes also decreased to P30 per kilo in the Commonwealth Market.

01:20The DTI will strictly monitor and enforce the prices given by the DA that should be enforced on rice.

01:28The weighting of the country's rice in the Commonwealth Market was also calibrated.

01:31The price of chicken decreased to P130 per kilo from P180 in December.

01:37The retail price of onions is at P170,

01:40so the DA will first import 4,000 tons of onions in order to stop the price of onions from increasing.

01:47The harvest season has already started and the number of local supplies of onions could increase again in March.

01:52But Secretary Laurel asked the farmers and traders of onions.

01:56The first sale of the harvest, the onions can be directly imported to the market and stored.

02:12No increase in the price of bread was seen in the inspection of the DA and DTI in a grocery store in the Commonwealth.

02:18The agencies of the groceries will continue to coordinate to reduce the price of rice that should be enforced in March.
