00:00The UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Egypt have added nine new entities and nine new individuals
00:15to lists of terrorist groups and entities.
00:18The new list includes three Qatari individuals, three Yemeni individuals and three organizations
00:24in Yemen and two Libyan individuals and six entities affiliated with terrorist groups
00:29in Libya.
00:30The Libyan individuals and entities have received substantial financial support from Qatari
00:35authorities and played an active role in spreading devastation in Libya.
00:40The four countries also noted that Qatar's recent amendment to an anti-terror agreement
00:45with the US was not enough.
00:48Ram Nath Kovind was sworn in as the new Indian president today, becoming just the second
00:53leader from the Dalit community to be elected head of state.
00:57A former lawyer and state governor, Kovind won the largely ceremonial position last week
01:02with more than 65% of the votes.
01:04Kovind took a regal horse-drawn chariot to Parliament, where he took the oath of office.
01:11Pop singer Justin Bieber has cancelled the remainder of his Purpose World Tour, citing
01:15unforeseen circumstances.
01:17The cancellation will affect 14 dates in North America and Asia through October 10.
01:23Ticket holders will get refunds.
