00:00A total of 40 fines have been issued to residents in Abu Dhabi for living in conditions that
00:12violate the Emirates' residential laws.
00:14The municipality said the residents were found living in congested quarters in the suburb
00:19of Baniyas in a manner that posed a threat to their and others' safety.
00:23The Middle East Diplomatic Quartet has expressed concern about escalating violence in occupied
00:29Jerusalem and called on all sides to demonstrate maximum restraint.
00:33The envoys from the US, Russia, the European Union and the UN said they strongly condemn
00:37the recent acts of terror and regretted the loss of innocent lives.
00:41They called on all to refrain from provocative actions and work towards de-escalating the
00:46situation.
00:47Actor John Heard, whose many roles included the father in the Home Alone series and a
00:51corrupt detective in The Sopranos, has died at 72.
00:54TMZ reported that Heard was found at a Paolo Alto hotel, where he was recovering from back
00:59surgery.
