00:24Yemen's Foreign Minister Abdul Malik al-Miklafi, who is leading the negotiating team in Kuwait,
00:29said he had sent a letter to the UN confirming that his government backed the Kuwait agreement.
00:34However, one precondition is that the Iran-backed Houthis and forces loyal to former President
00:39Ali Abdullah Saleh signed the deal by August 7, Miklafi wrote on Twitter.
