00:09A hold-up of a woman in Iloilo City was caught.

00:17The hold-ups are of minors who escaped from a youth detention home.

00:31That woman was walking on Kilino Bridge with her two pets in President Rojas' barangay in Iloilo City.

00:38Later, two men suddenly stole her bag.

00:42The victim was still fighting but the thieves were able to escape.

00:46Three others were also on the lookout.

00:48They stole a 500-peso cash and cellphone worth 35,000 pesos.

00:55According to the police, the five children were able to escape in conflict with the law or CICL.

00:59They were caught by the authorities in their own home and the victim's cellphone was returned.

01:06The minors explained that they were forced to go home so they were able to hold up.

01:12They will be under disciplinary action while they are being held at Balay Dalayunan

01:17so that they won't be able to escape again.
