00:18How is the LTO's process in determining the value of the fine to the traffic violators?

00:24Now, when you enter the EDSA Busway, the violation that you commit there is a disregarding traffic sign.

00:44So what we are studying is to raise the disregarding traffic sign.

02:15Is it possible to make the penalty heavier for the unauthorized government officials who pass through the EDSA Busway?
