00:15Stephen Harper's near-decade in power or return Canada to its more liberal roots. Prime Minister
00:22Stephen Harper is trailing Liberal leader Justin Trudeau, the son of late Prime Minister
00:27Pierre Trudeau, in the polls. The Coast Guard says a passenger motorboat with 41 people
00:33on board capsized in central Philippines in a storm, leaving seven dead and two others
00:38missing. The boat was on its way to Guimaras province with 36 passengers and five crew
00:43members when it capsized. The storm is not believed to be connected to Typhoon Kopu,
00:49which struck northeastern provinces of the Philippines, killing four people. Indian Prime
00:54Minister Narendra Modi is poised to overhaul Indian bankruptcy laws that date back a century
01:00to get his reform agenda back on track after a series of setbacks. This week, a government-backed
01:06committee plans to submit recommendations to the Finance Ministry for a bill that may

01:16sets of rules, the Code aims to slash the time it takes to wind up a dying company or
01:22recover dues from a defaulter. Argentina's convincing 43-20 win over Ireland and Australia's
01:28dramatic 35-34 defeat of Scotland ensured that for the first time all four World Cup
01:34semi-finalists would come from the Southern Hemisphere. Defending champions New Zealand
01:39thrashed France 62-13 and South Africa saw off Wales 23-19. Rapper Jay-Z and producer

01:57Hamdi's heir contends the artist and their labels never obtained permission from Hamdi's
02:02heirs to use Khosara Khosara. Lawyers for the pair say the permission to use flute notes
02:08was obtained in 2001. Hamdi's nephew has been paid for its usage.
