00:36The Indian Consulate in Dubai hosted a free yoga gathering with Indian Olympic medalist
00:41boxer Mary Kom and Major General Nasir Al Sayyid Abdul Razzaq Al Razzouki, President
00:47of the UAE Karate and Taekwondo Federation and a member of the UAE National Olympic Committee.
00:53More than 170 countries including the UAE, the US, Canada, China and Saudi Arabia have
00:59signed up to commemorate the day.

01:09health and release our stress and we get very benefited through this program.

01:42extremely relaxed once you practice yoga.

01:56Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice that dates back to ancient times, but has
02:01only been widely adopted in the West in the past 50 years.
02:05World Yoga Day falls on June 21 as declared by the United Nations General Assembly on
02:10December 11, 2014.
02:12The international celebration was suggested by Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of India
02:17where yoga originated 2,000 years ago.
