00:26storm would build into a blizzard. More than 7,700 flights in and out of the Northeast

00:36US President Barack Obama gently nudged India Tuesday to fulfill its Constitution's pledge
00:42to uphold the dignity of the individual, drawing on his own experience as a minority in the

01:16parties said they would oppose his initial choice of ministers in a parliamentary vote.
01:22Rejection by Parliament would mean newly installed President Beji Qaed al-Sebsi would have to
01:26appoint a new Premier to try to form another cabinet.
01:29Thomas Burdick stunned out-of-sorts third seed Rafael Nadal in straight sets to reach
01:35the semi-finals at the Australian Open this morning. He beat Nadal 6-2, 6-0, 7-6 and will
01:41face either Britain's Andy Murray or Australian Nick Raguios for a place in the finals.
01:47Emma Watson will play Belle in Disney's live-action remake of Beauty and the Beast. Walt Disney
01:52announced the casting of the Harry Potter star, setting the prettier half of the romance
