00:11Decrypted communications between Indian Mujahideen and Al-Qaeda and testimony from suspects have
00:17triggered alarm amongst intelligence officials in New Delhi. The groups appear to be working
00:22together to launch major attacks in the region. Officials said plots they had uncovered included
00:27the kidnapping of foreigners and turning India into a Syria and Iraq where violence
00:31is continuously happening.
00:34The fares for public transport in Dubai have been revised and will come into effect on
00:38November the 11th, coinciding with the launch of Dubai Tram. Covering all modes of transport
00:42including Dubai Metro, buses and the Dubai Tram, the revision sees a slight increase
00:47in fares across all zones and all types of null cards. The new minimum fare for silver
00:52null cards users on public transport including the Dubai Metro will be three dirhams for
00:57a ride within one zone, as well as for a distance of up to three kilometres, even between two
01:02adjacent zones. Currently the minimum fare is 1.8 dirhams for a short trip of up to three
01:07kilometres within one zone, while a trip covering a single zone is 2.3 dirhams.
