01:26My role is producer and I am the biggest cog in the machine.

01:35I don't want to boast, but I have the most knowledge out of all of the team in the morning.
01:41So, yeah, I think I did a pretty good job this morning.

01:53Now, do I have the best team?
01:56Probably not.
01:57But at least now they have someone they can look up to and someone they can follow.

02:02So that's what my role is, to lead this crew in the morning.
