00:15motorists to be careful. Colonel Saif Muhair al-Masuri, director of Dubai Traffic Police,
00:21said people tend to drive aggressively between 4pm and 7pm during Ramadan. Last Ramadan there
00:26were 15 deaths and 156 injuries in 166 accidents involving 203 vehicles.
00:34A suicide bomber in Lebanon blew himself up in his hotel room near Beirut's seafront
00:39on Wednesday as authorities on high alert for attacks raided the premises. The bomber
00:43identified as a citizen of Saudi Arabia was killed and 11 people were injured in the blast
00:49in the Duroi Hotel in the capital's seaside Raouche district. The bomber detonated his
00:53device to avoid arrest.
00:56U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry will meet today in Paris with his counterparts from
00:59Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Jordan. The U.S. wants their help to intervene with Sunni tribes
