00:11US President Barack Obama says the US has concluded that the Syrian government carried
00:15out a chemical weapons attack near Damascus. He said the use of chemical weapons affected
00:20US national interest and that sending a shot across the bowels could have a positive impact
00:24on Syria's war. However, Obama said he had not yet made a decision about whether to intervene
00:29militarily.
00:31Indian police have arrested the alleged co-founder of top home-grown militant group the Indian
00:35Mujahideen. Yassin Bakhtal was arrested on the Indian-Nepal border in Uttar Pradesh state
00:41on Wednesday night. The banned Indian Mujahideen came to public attention in November 2007
00:47following serial blasts in Uttar Pradesh and it is blamed for multiple attacks in Poon,
00:52Bangalore and Hyderabad.
00:54New limits on the extent to funds that high net worth Indian investors can repatriate
00:58abroad during a year could be stressful for Dubai's property market. The new regulatory
01:02limit allows a domestic Indian investor to take out up to $75,000 a year compared with
01:08$200,000 earlier.
01:11In sport, defending champion Ande Murray reached the second round of the US Open after overpowering
