00:10top stories at this hour. UAE security authorities have arrested a terrorist cell affiliated
00:16to al-Qaeda. An official source said seven people of Arab nationalities have been arrested.
00:22The cell was planning to carry out acts in the UAE targeting the security of the state
00:26and the safety of its citizens and residents. It was planning to recruit people and promote
00:30the work of al-Qaeda. The cell was also planning to provide the organization with funds and
00:34logistical support to facilitate the extension of their activities to some countries in the
00:39region. The source said the state security prosecution will start investigations of the
00:43accused. Once procedures are completed, they will be brought to trial. A fertilizer factory
00:49in Texas exploded in a massive fireball on Wednesday. Dozens are feared dead, local media
00:54reported. Amid fears a second tank of the plant could also erupt in flames. A Pakistani
00:59court has ordered the arrest of former military ruler Pervez Musharraf in one of three cases
01:03dating back to his 1999 to 2008 period in office. He immediately left the court in Islamabad
01:09driving away in a car escorted by bodyguards to an unknown location. It was not immediately
01:14clear if or when he would be arrested. Syrian President Bashar al-Assad warned in a television
01:20interview that the war against his government risked spreading to neighboring Jordan and
01:24predicted that rebel fighters, whom he described as Islamic extremists, would later take their
01:29violence to the West. Manchester United need just two wins from their final five games
01:35of the season to reclaim the English Premier League title despite being held to a 2-2 draw
