00:11India's ruling Congress party faces an electoral humiliation today at the hands of the main
00:15opposition BJP and an anti-corruption party in the last major test before next year's
00:21national polls. With the count still on, the BJP was the clear winner in Madhya Pradesh
00:26and Rajasthan and was in a neck-and-neck race with the Congress in Chhattisgarh. Delhi
00:30looked likely to elect a hung legislature with the Aam Aadmi Party putting up a strong
00:35performance. The counting for Mizoram, which also went to the polls, will be held tomorrow.
00:41Dubai Police has urged legislators to consider making some traffic violations criminal offences
00:46and prosecute offenders. Major General Mohammad Saif Al Zafin, Director of the Dubai Police
