00:12Meg, good morning. I'm here in Harbin, Northeastern part of China, where sports events are being held for the 2025 Asian Winter Games.

00:22Despite the cold weather, Filipinos are still hoping to get a podium finish.

00:33In the latest update on our athletes, the women's squad won two games in a row.

00:39They beat Hong Kong with a score of 7-2 and Qatar with a score of 13-1.

00:45The men's team did not lose their momentum following their 1-6 defeat at the hands of South Korea's powerhouse.

00:55This Monday is the second day of the round-robin, where the women's team will face Japan, while our men's team will continue to win against Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.

01:08The team captain of the women's team, the flag-bearer of the Philippines at the opening ceremony, Kathleen Duberstina, died.

01:16Duberstina and Mark Feister fought in the mixed doubles event of curling, where they finished in the fourth place.

01:25In the short track speed skating, Peter Gross-Glose finished in the semifinals of the men's 1,000 meters event.

01:34He also fought in the 1,500 meters and 500 meters, but was unable to get a podium finish.

01:42Meanwhile, in alpine skiing, Francis Celsarelli disqualified in his first run in the men's slalom competition yesterday,

01:51while Tallulah Pru finished in the 16th place in the women's slalom last Saturday.
