00:18the tension between two men seemed like a scene from a movie.

00:23The man in the blue T-shirt was chased by another man.

00:28He repeatedly dropped the motorcycle owned by the man in the blue T-shirt.

00:32The cause of the chaos was that the man in the blue T-shirt was heard screaming in the basement.

00:38The suspect was heard screaming in the basement of the motorcycle and jeep.

00:43That's when he started fighting with the motorists in Divisoria.

00:50The jeep I was driving was in front of him.

04:14In Barangay Plaridel, several cattle and calves were drowned in the flood,

05:37This Monday, expect moderate to heavy rains in Quezon Province, Oriental Mindoro, Palawan,

05:49Tomorrow, this kind of rain will be experienced in Aurora, Quezon, Oriental Mindoro,

05:56Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Albay, and Sorsogon.

06:01On Wednesday, Isabel Aurora, Quezon, and Camarines Norte

06:05may experience moderate to heavy rains.

06:09Metro Manila will also experience rain today and tomorrow,

06:12but the weather will be better on Wednesday

06:15based on the rainfall forecast of Metro Weather.

06:18A large part of Quezon, along with Metro Manila,

06:21is affected by strong winds, while the Sheer Line flows through southern Quezon and Visayas.

06:29This Monday, a 14.8-degree Celsius minimum temperature was forecast

06:34in the city of Pines, Baguio,
