00:00The Senate is now ready for all the challenges they will face as an impeachment court.

00:09The public is reminded by the Senate President that an impeachment hearing in the Senate should not be a matter of fear and anxiety.

00:22Senate President Chase Escudero is confident that the Senate will do its job correctly and in accordance with the law.

00:30That's what he said himself in the program today in Jesus' Lord Church in Pasay City.

00:36According to Escudero, whatever their action is, there will surely be an injustice in their decision.

00:43That's why the Senate promised that it will do its duty for the impeachment trial against Vice President Sara Duterte.

00:51It's a big challenge for the Senate to be credible in this matter.

00:55That's why, according to SP Escudero, they will do the impeachment trial with full courage but not in a hurry.

01:02Escudero also argued that in God's will, everything they do is in accordance with the law.

01:08He also clarified that it's not the job of the Senate to convict the Vice President but to give him justice.

01:16Senator Joel Villanueva also said that they will be pathetic in the hearing and that the camera should not be excited.

01:24Meanwhile, in the election of 2025, along with the JIL program today, Villanueva said that they will be vocally against the candidates who cannot be helped.

01:35Remember that the Senate session for the election of 2025 has already ended and will continue on June 2.

01:42This impeachment trial against our Vice President, we will face it with full courage and without hesitation.
