00:00Malacanang has ordered the impeachment complaint against Vice President Sara Duterte to be brought before the Camera.

00:06President Ferdinand R. Marquez Jr. has again insisted that this is not a good thing to do.

00:17The statement of the President is unambiguous.

00:24We have nothing to do with it and we are not going to encourage that.

00:28This is the statement of Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin.

00:31The impeachment complaint against Vice President Sara Duterte has been brought before the camera.

00:36The complaint of impeachment against Duterte has been endorsed by ACT-Bayan Partylist.

00:41It has been brought before several civic groups and families of victims of Tukhang.

00:45Some of the mentioned grounds are

00:47culpable violation of the Constitution,

00:50graft and corruption,

00:51corruption,

00:52tax evasion and public trust,

00:55and other serious crimes.

00:57It is clear that this is an initiative of private individuals.

01:01The President has been very clear about his position on this.

01:05So any suggestion that this is political or instigated by our side, no.

01:15That is never true.

01:19The process has been endorsed by the camera.

01:22And the statement of President Marquez Jr. has been reiterated

01:25that impeachment of Duterte will not be eased.
