Gopichand believes that to succeed in business, you need to build confidence so others can trust you. He recalled when they moved to London, festivals like Holi and Diwali weren’t celebrated there. But the Hinduja family became the first to celebrate Diwali in London, and over time, the locals started joining in, respecting Indian culture and traditions. According to Gopichand, when you stay true to your values, others will respect you.
