00:00I think there's probably a likelihood that we can integrate the new players into this fixture,
00:06give them some minutes, get them up to speed and tread carefully because obviously they've
00:11just come in, it's always difficult January window, players coming in, probably players
00:16coming in have probably lacked a little bit of game time so we need to tread carefully around
00:20that but certainly it'd be an opportunity for us maybe to use that. You spend a six-week pre-season
00:25as a coach coming into a new environment and you set down some principles and some core values and
00:31some expectations of what you expect and they've been ingrained in the team. I think everyone,
00:39the players who have been with us throughout the course of pre-season and even now,
00:42the players who have been here understand that a January window brings in new players
00:48and at that point you have to probably revert back a little bit and give the players coming
00:53in an understanding of what they're coming and what's expected of them. That added to the fact
00:58that players coming in in January sometimes are maybe a little bit short or have not played a lot
01:02of football and that's what a window, a January window brings so the last thing I want to do is
01:08push here or push too hard and we lose players so we need to be careful and tread carefully with
01:14training, game minutes while also trying to get them up to speed as quickly as we can Scott because
01:20that's why these players are in, they're in to come and help us for the remainder part of this year really.
