00:00I've got a clear idea. I see where we are. This process is a process.
00:10We're 10 games into a brand new team. Really, when you say 10 games, it's not really 10 games, it's 6 games.
00:16This team only formed probably 6 or 5 games ago. You're constantly learning.
00:23You're constantly seeing the traits in certain people and seeing the positives and negatives,
00:28what they offer in certain moments. That coincided with the actual detail of the work that we need to put in,
00:35where we need to improve, where we can get better.
00:39We all want perfection. We all want to speed up that process and get there as quick as we can.
00:46Certainly, we probably live in a world now where, at the click of a finger, we can demand things.
00:52Days are gone where you have to wait for a letter to come through the post for two weeks,
00:57or you have to wait for a parcel for a couple of weeks. You now can have everything pretty instant.
01:02We probably live in that world, really. The reality is, in professional sport,
01:07that certainly doesn't mirror to the lives we all lead on a daily basis now.
01:12That takes time. It takes effort. It takes commitment. It takes hard work.
01:18That's your foundation, really. As a coach and as me who sits in this position, that's always what I'm monitoring.
01:24First and foremost, is there a group that want to work, that are committed to it,
01:29that are committed to the process of getting better? I say it many times, a million percent they are.
01:35But there's no denying that does take time, and it will take time.
01:41I say that, really, as if I'm sitting here that we're struggling in any way.
01:47We've done incredibly well. We picked up a good result yesterday on the grand scheme of things.
01:52We're now going to the weekend for another opportunity for us to go and gain three points, hopefully.
