00:00How do you reflect on this week, the last few days, four points and two tough away games?
00:04It's been a fantastic week for us, absolutely fantastic week. I often compliment this group,
00:10what I've got, this group of men, but to be fair they never cease to surprise me. It's
00:16been relentless, we've been on the road now, it feels like we've been on the road for some
00:21time to be fair. Norwich have not had many home games and over this period, certainly
00:26Christmas period, back-to-back away games. Obviously the challenge is what that brings
00:31in such a busy schedule and certainly this time of the year, players being away from
00:35home, being stuck in hotels with two tough fixtures, they give me absolutely everything
00:40tonight. Decided not to change the team and decided not to freshen it up and to a man
00:45they were superb really, no doubt at times having to dig really deep and as always I
00:50see every bit of that.
00:51How tempting was it to change things given the games?
00:53Yeah it was tempting of course, they're the decisions as a manager you have to constantly
00:59face and it wasn't an easy decision for me. I think it was proven right because my doubt
01:06was obviously freshening it up, giving some fresh legs in there may give us a spark because
01:09obviously a tough game away at Sheffield but the players were superb really so it was good.
