00:04accused their former CEO, Jontih Enggihon, of fraud and breach of trust by accusing him of conspiring to manipulate the mining license for a businessman.

00:16The lawsuit claimed that Jontih misused his position between June 2021 and August 2024

00:23by falsely giving a pass and changing the minutes of the Board of Directors' meeting to give an image as if the truth had been given to the businessmen.

00:35The SMM also accused Jontih of leaking difficult information in two videos in an article

00:42published in November last year, which contained a false statement to damage the company's reputation.

00:49The state-owned company accused Jontih of directing loyal employees and technical teams to provide a fake letter to pass the license to the relevant businessmen.

01:00However, the license was later canceled by the SMM Board of Directors in September 2023.

01:07The businessmen are said to have colluded with SMM's new CEO, Natasha Sim,

01:14to express dissatisfaction and ask her to convey a message to Sabah Minister-General Haji Jinnur

01:21that he is ready to overthrow the state government.

01:25The SMM has filed a police report and an order to prevent corruption in Malaysia,

01:31accusing Jontih and the businessmen of conspiring to manipulate the company and the Sabah state government.

01:38The SMM is now demanding several court statements against Jontih,

01:42including a statement that he acted in a fraudulent manner and violated the businessmen's duties,
