00:00Hello and welcome to Manchester World. I'm Theo Huston-Betts and this is our Coffee Catch-Up.
00:04Now, I've got here a matcha, a mince pie matcha from Bird & Blend, which is actually, I suppose, technically a tea rather than a coffee.
00:11Now let's get into the stories and we're going to focus quite heavily on sport this week.
00:14But first, we'll say a quick hello to Patrick Hollis.
00:16Over the last week, he's done a few great pieces with Zach Hipps, a content creator here in Manchester who's become well-regarded online for his food videos.
00:23Now, both Manchester teams fell to disappointing losses over the weekend to make a season which has already been rough for the city, significantly worse.
00:29Rich Fay is our man at Man United and his pieces on the run-up to the transfer deadline date have been insightful and entertaining.
00:35On the site, we now have pieces about the signing of Patrick Dorgoo, who should add some excitement to the Manchester United wide areas,
00:41as well as a piece on the prospects of starting young Aidan Heaven during the week against Leicester, after Los Angeles Martinez picked up another injury.
00:47He's 18 and it was viewed as a bit of a coup d'etat when United managed to prise him away from Arsenal.
00:51So, will he be thrown into the deep end? If not the starting 11, maybe the squad? We'll have to see.
00:56But for now, that's all. So, thank you very much for watching. We'll see you again soon.
