00:00Good afternoon it's the 3rd of February 2025 and for football fans that means it is transfer
00:05deadline days, the final day for clubs to wrap up their business and it's already been quite
00:09a busy morning across the English football pyramid. Over at the Yorkshire Post we do have
00:14a live blog running on our website as well as stories throughout the day keeping you up to date
00:18on all the action and I'm just going to take you through a couple of the stories so far today.
00:22So Alex Gilbert has left Middlesbrough and joined Charlton Athletic on loan
00:26and Bradford City have welcomed a familiar face back to Valley Parade. Romany Critchlow
00:30had a successful loan spell at the club whilst on the books of Huddersfield Town,
00:34he's now moved from Peterborough United back to the Bantams and in terms of talk and reports of
00:41what may be happening later on in the day, Leeds United very much believed to be wanting Cameron
00:45Archer from Southampton, whether or not that deal goes ahead remains to be seen. Reports have
00:50appeared to suggest that Southampton are reluctant to let him go but they've also suggested that
00:54Leeds are very keen. Sheffield United's desire for a centre back has been very well documented,
01:00they've been linked with QPR's Jimmy Dunn, other reports are now suggesting they're turning their
01:04attention to experienced Premier League defender Rob Holding. Obviously it's going to be a very,
01:10very busy day of transfers, make sure you head over to yorkshirepost.co.uk to follow all the action.
